Mayuri was very patient and kind with me, and in only two sessions helped me reduce the pain I felt when my leg was in certain positions eg while sitting cross legged. She also taught me exercise techniques to strengthen underused core muscles in order to minimise future aches and pains. I have also previously received help from her a few months ago after experiencing great discomfort in my shoulder blade and the pain left almost immediately. I also saw Michael 2 years ago after badly tearing my ankle ligaments and my recovery experience was also very positive. Would highly recommend going to Balance Core!
