Was referred to Balance Core by my surgeon after successive knee surgeries to both my left and right knees.  I have say their philosophy on getting one to understand and unlearn habits that causes damage and stress to the knee helps a lot.  I’ve learnt to focus on using different stretches of muscles which we plainly wouldn’t think of, and also gain a much better appreciation of why and how to relief blocked and overworked muscles to aid faster recovery.  My therapist, Chloe, and sometimes Michael, did a great job and I was always in good hands with their professional approach.  I always knew why I had to go certain therapy or certain exercises to target areas that will aid in faster recovery.   The sessions were always useful and enjoyable, which is rare for physiotherapy … trust me, I’ve been through my fair share over the years.
